If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


You will have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be aware that any Personalised Product won’t be eligible for a Return / Exchange / Refund.

Please be aware that “Sales” items won’t be eligible for a Return / Exchange / Refund.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

As we are selling expensive products, packaging must be suitable to preserve the items and prevent damage and they need to be tracked & signed. So please get in touch with us before sending us the products, as we will give you the best options available.

Where returned items fail to reach Elite Skating Company Ltd, refunds or exchanges will only be considered where there is a Proof of Posting issued by your post office.

If returning an item for refund please return the order to the address provided. Include a note with your name, your order number and the order date. Please remember that all items being returned must be within the timeframe of the returns policy (14 days), unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for exchange or refund.


This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Elite Skating Company Ltd.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Elite Skating Company will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Elite Skating Company will repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished

replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Elite Skating Company is 1 year from the date of purchase.

The Warranty Period for the Bearing is 2 years from the date of purchase.

Accessories will be under warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase.

An Extendable Warranty is available to purchase, in order to protect the Physical Goods for a total of 4 years from the date of purchase.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

These Limited Warranty & Extendable Warranty do not cover any problem that is caused by:

Defects, failures, damages or performance limitations caused in whole or in part by fires, floods, snow, ice, lightning, excessive heat or cold, highly corrosive environments, accidents, actions of third parties, or other events outside of Elite Skating Company’s control, or customer’s abuse, mishandling, misuse, negligence, improper storage or unauthorized attempts to repair or alter the equipment in any way.
